Italy: Nico Paz stays at Como

The saga is over. Nico Paz will continue his journey with Como 1907. Real Madrid has officially announced an agreement with the Italian club to permanently transfer the Argentine midfielder to Lombardy, thus fulfilling the player's wish to keep developing under Cesc Fàbregas.

According to several Spanish media outlets, Como paid nearly €60 million to acquire 100% of the player's rights. However, Real Madrid made sure to protect its interests by including a unilateral buy-back clause, allowing the Spanish club to bring Nico Paz back in the summer of 2027 for the 2027-2028 season if they so desire.
