It's official: Franck Kessié is no longer an Al-Ahli player!
The Saudi club Al-Ahli has officially announced the departure of their Ivorian midfielder Franck Kessié, whose contract expired this summer, bringing to a close a three-season journey in the colors of "Al-Raqi."

In a message published on its official X account, the club paid tribute to its player:

Arriving at Al-Ahli in the summer of 2023 from FC Barcelona, the Ivorian international quickly established himself as a key figure in the squad thanks to his influence in midfield and his leadership qualities.
During his stint in Jeddah, Kessié played 119 matches across all competitions, scoring 26 goals and providing 14 assists.
The Ivorian midfielder also played a pivotal role in the club's successes, helping secure three trophies: two AFC Elite Champions Leagues and one Saudi Super Cup.
