Mercato: Franck Kessié edges closer to AS Roma

However, his entourage is reportedly ready to lower their financial demands to help facilitate a transfer to Italy, provided he secures a three-year contract.

Meanwhile, Al-Ahli Saudi is said to have offered the former AC Milan and FC Barcelona player a two-year contract extension. It's an offer that doesn't seem to fully convince the player's camp. AS Roma, for its part, is believed to be offering an annual salary of €4.5 million to lure the Ivorian midfielder to the Italian capital.
