Jose Mourinho demands his first signing with Real Madrid!
The signing of Jose Mourinho as the new coach of Real Madrid has been officially announced, marking a new phase and a new period after the first one.
The new signing that Mourinho is demanding after the arrival of Mike Cucurella, Denzel Dumfries, Ibrahim Konate and Bernardo Silva is Italian Bastoni, the Inter Milan defender who is performing at a high level with the Nerazzurri and is considered one of the best center-backs in the world at the moment.
José Mourinho has told Real Madrid he wants to sign Alessandro Bastoni from Inter Milan, according to The Touchline. The new Madrid coach sees the 27‑year‑old centre‑back as the ideal fix for a defence that struggled last season.
Barcelona had also been linked with the Italian defender but could not reach an agreement with Inter.
Bastoni made 40 appearances for Inter last season, scoring two goals and providing six assists. He is under contract until 2028 and valued at €65 million by Transfermarkt.
