It's all over between Real Madrid and Rayo Vallecano at the Santiago Bernabéu. A last-minute penalty from Kylian Mbappé secures victory for Los Blancos (2-1).

Despite a disappointing display, Real Madrid still edged out Rayo Vallecano (2-1) at the death this Sunday on Matchday 22 of LaLiga. In this Madrid derby, De Frutos (49') answered Vinicius (15') in a tightly contested match, before Ciss left his teammates down to ten men in the closing minutes. That proved costly for Rayo, as deep into stoppage time, with their 14th penalty of the season (!), Mbappé delivered a priceless win for Real (2-1, 90'+10').

In the standings, Los Merengues remain second, just one point behind league leaders Barcelona.
