This statistic once again highlights the immense impact African players have had in the French Ligue 1 throughout history.

Behind the Top 3—France leading with 49,099 goals and 3,178 different scorers, followed by Argentina (2,849, 183) and Brazil (1,958, 178)—Algeria sits in fourth place, boasting 1,899 goals from 126 unique scorers.
