"The club’s position is clear and firm: on several points, this decision contains manifest errors of law, principle and fact, and cannot be considered reliable. The club is innocent of the accusations made by the Premier League and has a complete body of irrefutable evidence supporting each of its positions in this matter. We will continue to respect the ongoing process and are therefore obliged to limit our comments until all proceedings have concluded," reads a statement from the Citizens.
