Barça is now preparing a third and final offer close to 70 million euros. Manchester City had previously rejected the Catalans' offers, the latest of which was estimated at around 60 million euros. The English clubâs management are hoping to recoup between 70 and 80 million for their midfielder, despite him entering the final year of his contract.
Rodri has reportedly already given the green light to the Blaugrana for a four-year deal. The Spanish international chose the Barcelona project and is now waiting for the two clubs to bridge the financial gap. His expected absence from upcoming sessions could accelerate the resolution.
