Manchester United prepares to step up efforts for Mateta!

According to a recent reports Manchester United are preparing to intensify their pursuit of Crystal Palace forward Jean-Philippe Mateta. The Red Devils have reportedly earmarked the French striker as a target for the upcoming year's transfer window.

Mattia's stats speak for themselves

Last season, Mateta was in fine form for the London club, delivering a series of standout displays while leading Crystal Palace's attack. Across all competitions, the 29-year-old found the net 16 times and provided three assists in 50 appearances for the Eagles.

The Frenchman has since established himself as one of the most feared centre-forwards in the Premier League, and Manchester United would be wise to secure his signature next year.

With his current deal at Selhurst Park set to expire at the end of this season, the door could open for the Red Devils to land him for a cut-price fee in January or on a free transfer next summer.

One can expect Mateta to add greater quality and depth to Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick's attacking line. He is more than capable of competing for a regular starting spot at the Theatre of Dreams.
