Mercato: Al-Ahli goes on the offensive for Anis Hadj Moussa with a massive offer

Al-Ahli Saudi is ramping up its pursuit of Anis Hadj Moussa. According to footmercato, the Saudi club has submitted a massive contract offer to the 24-year-old Algerian winger, who is currently playing for Feyenoord.

Hadj Moussa has been identified as the successor to Mahrez. After finishing third in the latest Saudi Pro League and recently winning the Asian Champions League, Al-Ahli is already planning for the future. The Saudi management is anticipating a possible departure of Riyad Mahrez, whose release clause can be activated until this Tuesday.

With that in mind, Anis Hadj Moussa is seen as the club’s top priority to take over the attacking flank.

Stiff European competition

Following a sensational season with Feyenoord—scoring 11 goals and providing 7 assists in 30 Eredivisie matches—the Algerian international (17 caps), who is currently competing at the 2026 World Cup with the Fennecs, has also caught the eye of several European clubs, including Chelsea FC, Lille OSC, and Olympique de Marseille.
