Mercato: Cristo's case raises questions at Al Ahly

The Egyptian giants Al Ahly are looking to offload their young Tunisian forward Mohamed Dhaoui Cristo during this summer transfer window.

No longer part of the Cairo club's plans, the 22-year-old is still tied to a contract that runs until 2027.

According to the latest updates, the former Tunisian international's camp is set to negotiate with the Egyptian club's management for a possible contract termination.

However, such an option is not being considered by the club's decision-makers, especially since they spent 360,000 euros in 2023 to secure his services from Etoile du Sahel.

Cristo's record with Al Ahly

In 15 matches played for Al Ahly across all competitions, the former Etoile du Sahel player has yet to score a single goal, registering just one assist.

His current market value is estimated at 650,000 euros, which is 350,000 euros less than it was in 2022.
