Nigeria: Victor Osimhen sweeps aside the rumors

While he is absent from the Nigeria camp, Victor Osimhen has found himself at the center of swirling speculation about his future after comments from coach Éric Chelle.

In recent hours, the Galatasaray striker has set the record straight via an Instagram story. “I just spoke on the phone with coach Éric Chelle regarding his recent comments about me at his press conference,” revealed the Super Eagle.

He went on to defend his coach: "His words were taken out of context and blown out of proportion. He has great respect for Galatasaray and never intended to create any controversy. I kindly ask everyone to ignore the speculation surrounding this matter."
