"The title of Europe's top scorer goes to Bayern Munich thanks to a record-setting Harry Kane: for the 2025/26 season, the Golden Shoe, awarded to the continent's leading goal scorer, will be handed to the exceptional Munich striker for the second time. Kane thus joins the elite circle of players who have won the Golden Shoe twice; only Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have achieved this feat more often. The trophy will be presented on August 19 at the FC Bayern Museum. The England captain netted a total of 36 goals during another outstanding season, matching the tally that earned him this distinction two years ago. Kane is also regarded as one of the frontrunners for this year's FIFA Ballon d'Or.", the German club announced.
