Pape Gueye scored twice in Villarreal’s 3-1 win away to Málaga on Thursday, September 17, 2026, on matchday six of La Liga. Introduced during the match, the Senegalese midfielder immediately contributed to the turnaround before sealing his team’s victory from the penalty spot.
