Premier League clubs continue to be the biggest spenders in this summer transfer window, with a total estimated value of 1.635 billion euros. This figure surpasses the combined total spent by clubs in the Bundesliga, La Liga, Ligue 1, and Serie A.

After finishing 17th last season, Tottenham decided to break the bank to strengthen their squad with top players capable of boosting the club's performance in 2026-2027.

With this strategy, Spurs splashed out 321 million euros just to bring in four players from the Top 10 ranking: Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes, Jean Paul Van Hecke, and Luka Vuskovic.

The most expensive player in England this summer is Morgan Rogers, who moved from Aston Villa to Chelsea for a record fee of 138 million euros.
