PSG and Arsenal closely monitoring Leny Yoro
Could Leny Yoro already be considering a departure from Manchester United? Having arrived in England in summer 2024, the young French defender is reportedly being monitored by several major European clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.
An increasingly uncertain situation in Manchester
Leny Yoro, 20, left Lille in summer 2024 to join Manchester United. After a fairly encouraging first season, during which he made 32 appearances in the Premier League, the defender is experiencing a more difficult start to the campaign.
Manchester United currently sit 12th in the league with five points after five matchdays. Yoro, meanwhile, has made just two appearances since the start of the season, without starting either one. Under contract with the Red Devils until June 2029, the France international therefore still has a long-term commitment to the English club.
PSG particularly interested
According to CaughtOffside, Yoro’s situation at Manchester United has reportedly attracted the attention of several European clubs. Paris Saint-Germain are currently believed to be the club most interested in the French defender. Arsenal are also reportedly a serious option to watch, while the two English clubs could take advantage of any potential opening in the matter.
Other clubs have also been following the player for several months. Chelsea, FC Barcelona and AC Milan have reportedly expressed interest in Yoro. For now, his future at Manchester United remains uncertain.
