In recent hours, Christophe Galtier has been particularly impressed by PSG’s development since his departure in 2023.

Christophe Galtier praised the work of Luis Enrique, who has already won the Champions League twice with Paris Saint-Germain. “He has a firm grasp of many aspects of the game, and I’m very impressed by what he is achieving,” said the French coach. He also highlighted the roles of Luis Campos and Nasser Al-Khelaïfi in changing the club’s sporting policy, with a squad that is now “young, talented and dynamic” and more deliberately built to match the coach’s philosophy.

According to Galtier, this transformation has taken PSG to a new level in France. “In 1993, France was Olympique de Marseille; today, France is PSG. The club enjoys incredible public support,” he noted.

Without seeking to directly compare his time at the club with Luis Enrique’s, Galtier believes the current build reminds him of his work with Luis Campos at Lille. He concluded by stressing the Spaniard’s central role: “The credit goes to Luis Enrique, a coach with an incredible command of the highest level. He is uncompromising and puts the team ahead of everyone else.”
