France team: Thierry Henry once again raves about Michael Olise

For yet another time, Thierry Henry has nothing but praise for Michael Olise. He coached the French winger at youth international level and during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Speaking on Rothen s’enflamme on RMC on Thursday evening, the former manager notably highlighted the Bayern Munich winger’s work without the ball and his mentality, having never doubted his potential.

"Michael is different. He is different on and off the pitch. He is an exceptional guy. (...) I had no doubts. None. There are players like that; for me, you don’t need to see them play twice. As soon as he touches the ball, you know," said the 1998 world champion. "He’s just a simple, shy guy who wants to play football and, above all, help his teammates on the pitch. He is truly extraordinary," declared the Arsenal Gunners legend.
