PSG: Luis Enrique's Staff's Work Surprises Lucas Digne
After a few days working under Luis Enrique, Lucas Digne was full of praise for the Spanish coach's staff.
While present in the mixed zone open to the press this Thursday after PSG's training session at the Campus, Lucas Digne was asked to comment on the differences between his first stint at the capital club and his return this summer. The French international notably highlighted the colossal work of the Parisian staff in putting the players in the best possible conditions.
"Luis Enrique didn't need to say much to convince me. When PSG comes looking for you, it's the biggest club in the world, there's no question about it. I knew what I wanted," he declared. He also mentioned the impressive development of Paris Saint-Germain.
"In terms of tactics, data, medical aspects, I can't even list everything." Everything is in place to ensure the players are at their best. Even in the training mentality, you always have to win; that's how it is at the biggest club in the world. The comparison with Zlatan and Cavani's PSG? Wow, every locker room is different. This locker room is a winning one, a locker room that gets along very well, and you can feel it. It's a pleasure to be a part of it," he confided.
