RC Lens: Hervé Koffi’s move to Union Saint-Gilloise is taking shape
One thing is certain: Union Saint-Gilloise is on the verge of finalizing the arrival of Hervé Koffi.
According to information from DH Net, the Burkinabè international goalkeeper is set to join the Belgian runners-up on loan from RC Lens. Following Kjell Scherpen’s transfer to Ipswich, the Brussels management quickly identified their new number one.

After a standout season on loan at Angers, Koffi was no longer in RC Lens’ plans. The Burkinabè shot-stopper was also eager to take on a new challenge. Having already played for Mouscron and Charleroi, he knows the Jupiler Pro League inside out and could be eligible as early as the third qualifying round of the Champions League against Bodø/Glimt.
