Real Madrid: Davide Ancelotti wants to return

Appointed Lille's head coach this summer, Davide Ancelotti intends to return to Real Madrid.

The young Italian coach and son of Carlo Ancelotti, Davide Ancelotti is currently on Lille's bench. He makes no secret of one of his major goals for the next stage of his career. Having already spent several years at Real Madrid as a fitness coach and then as his father Carlo Ancelotti's assistant, the Italian coach dreams of returning one day to the Spanish capital to manage Los Merengues himself.

"Real Madrid is everyone's dream, and mine too, of course. Every coach who arrives at Real has a status that I do not yet have and that I know I must earn. It is a status I must build by winning matches. We can talk for three days about ideas and philosophy, but what matters is winning," the young northern French coach told AS.
