Real Madrid: defeat against Getafe, Thibaut Courtois apologizes

Last night, Real Madrid suffered a home defeat to Getafe (0-1) in LaLiga. This second consecutive loss is a heavy blow for Los Blancos in the title race.

Álvaro Arbeloa's men delivered a very disappointing performance, unable to break down Getafe's solid defensive block. Amid the whistles of the Santiago Bernabéu, the Madrid players left the pitch with their heads down, now trailing Barcelona by four points.

In this tense atmosphere, only one player stepped up to face the fans. That man was Thibaut Courtois. The Belgian goalkeeper, powerless against Satriano's spectacular volley, walked over to the stands to thank the supporters and apologize after the final whistle. It was a powerful, solitary gesture that stood in stark contrast to the rest of the squad, who headed straight for the dressing room.
