Real Madrid: José Mourinho pushes for Eduardo Camavinga's exit

At Real Madrid, Eduardo Camavinga's future could be in jeopardy this summer. José Mourinho appears to have already made up his mind.

According to Sergio Valentin, the Portuguese manager, now back at Real Madrid, has had a frank discussion with the French midfielder to lay out his vision for the upcoming season. Mourinho reportedly told him that earning significant playing time would be very difficult.

The Special One had already identified Camavinga as a player likely to leave the club even before officially taking charge. However, the main obstacle remains the player's own wishes, as Camavinga currently has no intention of departing. He wants to continue his journey in Madrid's colors.

Departures looming at Real Madrid

Aside from Camavinga, the Franco Mastantuono situation is also progressing. The young Argentine is expected to go out on loan to rack up valuable minutes and continue his development. Benfica is reportedly one of the clubs interested in the former River Plate talent.

The exodus at Real Madrid might not end there. Raúl Asencio has also met with his manager. The Portuguese coach informed him that he does not feature in his plans for the coming season. Despite this, the defender wishes to stay put.
