Real Madrid: José Mourinho's message to the youngsters

José Mourinho returned to Real Madrid this summer. His aim was to bring his experience and restore order to a dressing room on the verge of implosion. The Portuguese manager sent a message to the youngsters in recent hours.

The least that can be said is that the Special One seems to have found the right formula with Real Madrid. The Portuguese manager can count on his stars. But José Mourinho is also not closing the door on the youngsters at the Bernabéu. He even addressed them in front of the press this Thursday morning.

"Many of them train regularly with me, every day. Others come occasionally. We follow them closely. They (the youth academy staff) have done a remarkable job in recent years." Thanks to them, Thiago Pitarch was promoted to the first team and Real Madrid made millions from transfers (of young players from the club). In the end, they aren't really transfers, because Real Madrid can bring them back whenever they want. Suspensions, injuries… opportunities present themselves; I get to know them better every day. We are in daily contact with La Fábrica (the youth academy). I'm not going to approach them all, but they can be enthusiastic,” said the former Manchester United manager.
