Real Madrid: Kylian Mbappé claims last place in La Liga

This season, Kylian Mbappé was far from convincing at Real Madrid and across Spain.

According to a statistic shared by FotMob in recent hours, Kylian Mbappé finished dead last in a ranking measuring the defensive contribution of La Liga players, including goalkeepers. The Frenchman registered only six defensive actions over the past season according to the database, for a ratio of just 0.2.

Mbappé’s lack of involvement in pressing and defensive efforts is seen by some observers as a factor that destabilized the team. Out of the 344 La Liga players recorded, Mbappé ended up at the very bottom for defensive contributions this season.
