Real Madrid: Mbappé hits back at rumors

Back in Madrid on Monday, Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappé decided to set the record straight over a rumor.

In Spain, a rumor had started circulating about the France international in recent days. Kylian Mbappé was said to have criticized the Merengues' directors for not campaigning for him in the 2026 Ballon d'Or race. The rumor was firmly denied by the Madrid player on Monday.

"Yeah, well, yes, and I also had an argument with my great-aunt," Kylian Mbappé wrote on the social network Instagram. The message was accompanied by several laughing emojis. On the sporting front, the Frenchman is preparing to return against Villarreal in La Liga on Saturday.
