Real Madrid: the verdict is in for Jürgen Klopp
As the Real Madrid presidential campaign heats up, one of the most talked-about storylines has just hit a major roadblock. Touted as a top priority by Enrique Riquelme, Jürgen Klopp does not appear to be considering a return to the dugout anytime soon.
The Jürgen Klopp option at Real Madrid already seems to be losing momentum. While Enrique Riquelme had recently presented the former Liverpool boss as the cornerstone of his presidential project, the German coach's camp has swiftly moved to clarify the situation.

The Madrid presidential hopeful saw Klopp as the ideal profile to usher in a new era at the Santiago Bernabéu. However, the response from Klopp’s entourage left little room for doubt. According to Sky Sport, his agent Marc Kosicke was particularly unequivocal about his client's future.
"Jürgen Klopp is happy in his role at Red Bull and has no ambition to work as a coach at a club," he stated.
Nevertheless, this statement is likely to put a serious damper on Enrique Riquelme’s ambitions, as he had made the German a key pillar of his campaign to win over Real Madrid’s socios.
