Tottenham Hotspur want to acquire two stars from Man City!
Tottenham Hotspur have their sights set on Savitio as a potential reinforcement for next season, ahead of the start of the new Premier League season. The London club are preparing a €50 million bid to sign the player, who is looking for more playing time than he gets at Manchester City.
Apparently, Tottenham's approach to Savinho will not be the only approach; Tottenham also wants to sign Omar Marmoush from Man City, who is one of the attacking options that Spurs are considering for reinforcements next season.
Looking for a better opportunity
Omar Marmoush, since arriving in January 2025 – just over a year and a half ago – has only made 62 appearances in all competitions for Manchester City, scoring 16 goals. He also only started eight matches last season. Savinho, who arrived in 2024, made 84 appearances. However, after the signing of Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth, the Brazilian lost his playing time.
To get more opportunities and playing time, it seems Omar Marmoush and Savinho will have to move to another team to gain more experience and confidence. Manchester City have already seen the departures of Rodri, Tijjani Reijnders, James Trafford, and Nathan Ake this season, and Nicolas Gonzalez may also leave.
Manchester City are currently looking to replace Rodri and Tijani Raynders, and as reported by The Independent, City are pushing hard to bring in Enzo Fernandez from Chelsea to strengthen their midfield.
