Transfer market: A turbulent summer ahead for Ismael Saibari

Moroccan midfielder Ismael Saibari could be on the move this summer. The PSV Eindhoven playmaker has been given the green light to leave.

Indeed, the Dutch club's management has informed the player they will not stand in his way. However, he won't be allowed to leave at any price—PSV are expecting a hefty fee of €40 million, nearly double his current market value of €27 million according to Transfermarkt.

According to the Dutch press, the Eredivisie champions have already received several offers from England, Spain, and Germany. The 24-year-old star shone last season, notching up 15 goals and 14 assists in 44 appearances.

The Atlas Lion has also attracted the attention of AC Milan, with the Lombardy club adding him to their summer transfer shortlist for this transfer window.
