Transfer market: Ayyoub Bouaddi sets Europe alight

Developed at Lille, Ayyoub Bouaddi has already made 96 first-team appearances in three seasons. In January 2026, he became the youngest player in club history to reach 50 Ligue 1 matches, breaking the record previously held by Eden Hazard.

His performances at the World Cup, especially against Brazil, have only boosted his market value. While his departure now seems inevitable, Lille still hope to benefit from his talent for one more season before he joins one of Europe's elite clubs.
