The Spanish manager remains fully convinced by his squad’s capabilities: “I have no doubts about what this team is made of. We want to get better every day. We will keep moving forward with this mentality. We have to keep playing in this competition the same way we have until now.”

Speaking to journalists, Luis Enrique did not hesitate to rank RC Lens among the teams capable of fighting for the top spots in Ligue 1 this season. Asked about the Sang et Or’s title credentials, the PSG coach recalled the impressive campaign Lens had last year. He expects them to be a particularly tough opponent to handle.

“If you think about what they achieved last season, they’ll be a tough opponent. Monaco, OM, Lyon, Lille, and every team out there—it’s a tough league, with clubs making progress. You need to perform to win this championship,” explained the Spanish manager.
