Liverpool FC goalkeeper Alisson Becker completely lost his temper at the full-time whistle, furiously kicking the fourth official's substitution board after the Reds were held to a 2-2 draw by Nottingham Forest at Anfield.

Meltdown at Anfield

Following referee Samuel Barrott's final whistle, the 33 year old shot stopper let his intense frustration boil over.

Alisson delivered a forceful kick to the electronic substitution board before storming furiously down the tunnel toward the dressing room.

The goalkeeper's outburst was fueled by a costly personal error in the 70th minute when he committed a foul inside the box to concede a penalty which Morgan Gibbs-White coolly dispatched to put Forest 2-1 ahead.

The incident has put Alisson at risk of retrospective disciplinary action from the Premier League & the FA.

The result marks Liverpool's second consecutive 2-2 draw to open the 2026 /27 Premier League campaign, following the identical scoreline against Newcastle United on Matchday 1.
