Reactions are pouring in following France's elimination by Spain in the semi-finals of the 2026 World Cup. Paul Pogba is among those devastated.

The former French midfielder watched the match alongside Ansu Fati and made no effort to hide his disappointment at the final whistle. In an Instagram story, Fati shared a video of Pogba lying on a couch, clearly deeply affected by Les Bleus' defeat.

Ansu Fati accompanied the clip with a message full of irony: “C’est la vie daddy.” A few hours later, Paul Pogba also spoke out on his X account, posting a message filled with disappointment but still supporting the French squad: “This one really hurts, but that's football... Thank you for everything, guys.”
