Group H consists of Tunisia, Uganda, Libya and Botswana. With a host country (Uganda), automatically qualified, there will be just one ticket to compete for among the group’s other three teams for AFCON 2027.

Best performances in the finals

Tunisia: The Carthage Eagles were crowned champions in 2004 after winning the final against Morocco (2-1) at the Hamadi Agrebi Stadium in Radès.

Uganda: The Cranes played in the 1978 final, which they lost to the host nation, Ghana (2-0).

Libya: Absent since 2012, Libya reached the final in 1982. The Mediterranean Knights lost to Ghana, at home, on penalties (1-1, 6-7 on penalties).
