Injured in his left calf and called up for Brazil ahead of the 2026 World Cup, Neymar is currently in recovery.

In recent days, Neymar has been undergoing physiotherapy sessions, according to a statement from the CBF. Preparing for Brazil’s debut in the early hours of Saturday June 13 to Sunday June 14 against Morocco, the former PSG star will miss the upcoming friendly against Egypt, scheduled for the night of Saturday June 6 to Sunday June 7.

As a result, Neymar won’t even travel to Cleveland and will stay in New Jersey.
