FC Barcelona: José Mourinho takes a jab at Lamine Yamal

During his interview with the show El Chiringuito, José Mourinho didn't hold back on Lamine Yamal. The Special One threw a sly dig at the Spanish winger.

As we know, José Mourinho is a man who fiercely defends his players. The new Real Madrid head coach proved it once again during the second part of his interview with El Chiringuito. When journalist Josep Pedrerol asked if he would like to have Lamine Yamal in his squad, the Special One was quick to respond.

"No. He is without a doubt an excellent player, a youngster with incredible potential for development. It's not common, at his age, to be a European and world champion, but we have a world-class squad—he wouldn't find a place among us. Now, these are my players. My players are the best," replied the Portuguese tactician.
