Official: Marcus Rashford signs for FC Barcelona

It had been in the pipeline for several days, and now, on Wednesday, July 23, it's official. Marcus Rashford is now a FC Barcelona player.

After weeks of negotiations, FC Barcelona has finally secured Marcus Rashford. The Manchester United winger joins on loan, with an option to buy.

"FC Barcelona and Manchester United have reached an agreement for the loan of Marcus Rashford until June 30, 2026. The deal also includes an option to buy the English forward. Rashford signed his contract as a Barça player on Wednesday afternoon during a private ceremony attended by FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta, the sporting director, and other board members," announced the Catalan club.
