Ahead of Somalia's match against Côte d'Ivoire this Wednesday at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium in Abidjan, Nicolas Pépé defended him.

When the Villarreal winger was asked about Diomandé's situation at the press conference, he sought to calm the atmosphere, saying: “The important thing is to remain calm.
