Great attacking talent

Maza's numbers since his move to Bayer Leverkusen have been turning heads. Arriving from Hertha BSC in the summer of 2025, the young attacker has chipped in with 15 goals across 49 outings for the Bundesliga side. This season alone, he has found the net once and laid on two more in just five appearances — a return that goes some way to explaining why Premier League scouts have been paying such close attention.

His form on the international stage has been just as eye-catching. During the current break, the Algeria international delivered a goal and an assist in a 3-1 victory over Zambia in Africa Cup of Nations qualifying. With his technical gifts and ability to slot into different roles, he shapes up as an attractive proposition for any club on the lookout for extra creativity in the attacking midfield department.

Premier League clubs are interested in Maza
