After DR Congo's 0-1 loss to Colombia, Sébastien Desabre praised the quality of the opposition. The Leopards' head coach admitted that his team had struggled against a Colombian side that was superior in every aspect of the game.

“It was a tough match for us. We played against a very good team. They were superior,” he said after the game. Despite this setback, the French coach is already looking ahead. DR Congo will need to recover quickly before their final group match against Uzbekistan.
