NPFL 2026/2027

The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) is the country's premier domestic competition, and the 2026/27 season features 20 clubs competing from late August 2026 through the end of May 2027. Enugu Rangers head into the new campaign as defending champions after lifting the 2025/26 title, their second in three seasons following their earlier triumph in 2023/24. The league was officially renamed the Nigeria Premier Football League in 2023, although the NPFL abbreviation and its former name remain widely used when referring to the competition.
