2026 World Cup - Brazil: Neymar, Carlo Ancelotti explains himself

Although he has been on the bench since the start of this 2026 World Cup, Neymar is not hiding his frustration.

Speaking to AFP, Brazil coach Carlo Ancelotti nonetheless praised his striker's attitude despite the circumstances. "He’s not happy, but he’s behaving very well. He trains very well. Neymar is very respectful, friendly, and appreciated by his teammates," Ancelotti said.

The Italian manager did not guarantee a starting spot for his number 10 in the round of 16 clash against Norway.
