A few hours after the opening match between Mexico and South Africa, South Korea will square off against Czechia. This second Group A clash of the 2026 World Cup is scheduled for Friday, June 12, 2026, at 2 a.m. GMT in Guadalajara.

South Korea is relying on an experienced squad featuring several players based in Europe, including Kim Min-jae (Bayern Munich), Kang-in Lee (PSG), Hwang In-beom (Feyenoord), Hwang Hee-chan (Wolverhampton), and Hyeon-gyu (Besiktas).
