Armand "Mondo" Duplantis is one of the most famous Swedes on the planet. He has given his prediction for the round of 32 clash against France.

The world record holder in pole vault (6.31m) believes Sweden will triumph over the French team next Tuesday, in the round of 32 at this 2026 World Cup.

"I think we're going to win 3-1. We'll reach the round of 16 by beating France. I believe in my team, we've found our rhythm. We've got a lot of very good players. (...) Are we afraid of Kylian Mbappé? A little bit, yes (smiles)", declared the double Olympic champion on La Chaîne L'Equipe.
