Thibaut Courtois may be experiencing his last World Cup with Belgium. The 34-year-old goalkeeper addressed this possibility after the match against Iran, a game highlighted by several crucial saves from him.

With 111 caps since making his debut in 2011, the shot-stopper is currently competing in his fourth World Cup. He knows that opportunities to play in this tournament are becoming scarce at his age. While his future with the Red Devils remains uncertain, Courtois has no intention of leaving Real Madrid any time soon. The Belgian wants to stay at the Santiago Bernabéu for another four or five seasons.

Having arrived in Madrid in 2018 after his spell at Chelsea, he has established himself as one of the team's leaders. He has already played 333 matches for Los Merengues and kept 129 clean sheets.
