After Real Madrid battled to a hard-fought 2-1 win over Espanyol, it’s now FC Barcelona’s turn to make their entrance in this 2026-2027 La Liga season. The Blaugrana face Elche this Sunday at the Manuel Martínez Valero Stadium at 9:30 p.m. French and Spanish time.

This match counts as the second round of the league, since Barça’s opening game against Athletic Bilbao was rescheduled to Thursday, August 27. Eder Sarabia and Hansi Flick have revealed their official starting lineups for this clash.
