England: 2026 World Cup earned David Beckham €44m

Even after retiring in 2013, David Beckham continues to make a lot of money thanks to football.

The former Paris Saint-Germain player continues to grow his fortune. Highly profitable financially for broadcasters, the 2026 World Cup has also brought joy to 51-year-old David Beckham.

According to information from the Telegraph, the former England international received £38 million (around €44m) in dividends, notably thanks to “contracts signed by his brand management company with companies such as McDonald’s, Verizon and Pepsi (which owns the Lay’s potato chip brand)”.

Brands were omnipresent in advertising breaks during the competition. The newspaper added that the Beckham brand’s revenue jumped by 20% to reach £84 million (€97m) this year.
