After missing the last two matches due to a groin injury, Aurélien Tchouaméni (26 years old, 49 caps and 3 goals) makes his big return as a starter, against Spain in the semi-finals of this 2026 World Cup.

Ahead of this blockbuster clash, the Real Madrid midfielder sounded confident about his fitness. "We have good conditions for this match. I've worked hard to get back with the squad as quickly as possible. And here we are, today, I’m ready," the Frenchman told beIN Sports.

He also addressed the rivalry with La Roja: "The little jabs? Honestly, it’s part of the game, we love it, and we know it’s going to be a huge match against a great opponent. But we're focused on ourselves, we know what we're capable of, and we'll need to play at our best."
