Real Madrid: Florentino Pérez raves about the new Bernabéu

During the badge presentation ceremony held by Real Madrid this Sunday, Florentino Pérez delivered a speech brimming with pride about the new Santiago Bernabéu.

In front of the socios, gathered from the morning at the basketball pavilion in the Real Madrid city, Florentino Pérez highlighted the significance of the club's new La Liga stadium. “The new Bernabéu is one of the country's top tourist attractions,” he declared.

The Madrid president also paid tribute to the club's most loyal members, who have been part of the institution for 50 and 60 years, sending them several messages: “This Bernabéu offers more comfort, greater safety, designed for our members and supporters, and built so that no match or event will ever be affected by the weather, transforming it into a cutting-edge icon. A source of pride for Madrid and for Spain.”

During the event, 440 gold badges and 290 gold and diamond badges were awarded.
