Mohamed Salah was a decisive force as Egypt kicked off their World Cup campaign. The Pharaoh played a crucial role in the 1-1 draw against Belgium by delivering a brilliant assist.

Salah set up Emam Ashour for the opening goal in the 20th minute, writing his name into World Cup history. The now former Liverpool winger became the oldest African player to provide an assist at the World Cup since Roger Milla.
